Wonder Sushi began its journey in 2012, opening its first restaurant in Windsor as Hawkesbury's very first Japanese cuisine destination. Since then, we have proudly expanded across the region, bringing fresh and authentic sushi experiences to Penrith, Richmond, The Ponds, Liverpool, Fairfield, Bowral, Forestville, Woolooware, and Norwest.

This is easily one of the best sushi train spots in the Hills. The fish is fresh and the service is excellent. They also serve specialties you don't usually find at regular sushi trains, like otoro and scampi. The newly renovated space feels modern and relaxing, with a great selection of drinks—perfect for a date night.
